We are busy and are seeking an engaged and structured foreman who can help ensure that our tasks are planned, coordinated and executed efficiently and with high quality.

Your primary tasks

As foreman you will be an important part of the daily operations, where you among other things shall:

·          Coordinate and distribute the work among our floor sanders

·          Plan and follow up on today's and the week's tasks

·          Ensure that employees have the necessary materials and information

·          Have ongoing dialogue with customers, partners, employees and the office

·          Follow up on quality, schedules and agreements

·          Contribute to creating structure and good collaboration across the company

·          Help solve the challenges that naturally arise in a busy everyday life

·          Service-minded.

We imagine that you

·          Have experience from the floor/wood sector or another relevant craft industry

·          Have practical experience and understand everyday life

·          Have good collaboration skills and can communicate with both customers and colleagues

·          Are structured and good at keeping an overview – even when it is busy

·          Can take responsibility and make decisions

·          Have flair for planning and coordination

·          Have a valid driving license category B
