Driver for sampling tasks, 1-2 days a week

Eurofins Steins Laboratory A/S works with chemical, microbiological and sensory laboratory analyses and consultancy services with a focus on the food, feed, agricultural and dairy industries.

In our sensory department we perform, for our customers, product evaluations and consumer tests based on human judgments from sensory impressions; appearance, texture, aroma, taste and aftertaste. The evaluations are conducted by trained judges or an independent consumer panel and are in accordance with the applicable standards or accreditations in the field.

Job description

We are currently seeking a fresh sample collector, e.g. a retiree or pensioner, for a part-time position of about 1-2 days a week. The work consists of you, in our refrigerated van, travelling to customers within the dairy industry, taking samples and returning to Eurofins with them.

You are a capable driver and will participate in a shift arrangement, where you, together with 3 other sample collectors, rotate sampling.

Qualifications

There will be thorough instruction on how the sampling tasks should be performed, so it is not necessary to have prior knowledge of how it is done. The most important is that you are eager to learn and thrive in a role where you have customer contact and are the company’s face outward.

• Hold a B driving license
• Reads and writes Danish

The tasks require standing and walking work as well as lifting, so you must be physically mobile and comfortable with physical work.
