Yes, we are a large institution...

We don't hide that. In fact we sometimes hear that our size can make some applicants think: "Phew, it sounds big."

But here is the secret

Børnenes By does not feel big. It feels like a working community where people know each other, help each other and always have colleagues close by when there is a need for sparring, good ideas or an extra hand.

At Børnenes By we have a shared pedagogical direction across baby care and kindergarten.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for pedagogical staff in day care institutions, clubs, after-school programs etc., entered into between KL and BUPL The position is classified as pedagogue at 37 hours.

Expected salary range: 32,932.73 DKK – 37,689.81 DKK per month exclusive of employer's pension, cafeteria benefits and holiday allowance. There may be locally agreed allowances, qualification, function and genetic allowances.

The final salary setting takes place on the basis of your qualifications and previous work experience after concrete negotiation with the trade union.
