Junior Outreach Specialist

Would you like a student job where you develop your communication skills and gain experience with customer contact?

Conversio seeks a curious and outgoing student assistant for a phone outreach team. Your task will be to contact companies, ask a few questions and record answers - all as part of our insights work. You will become part of an ambitious growth-oriented company where we work seriously and have fun together.

Your tasks will include

• To make calls, but not to sell.
• To document your progress in our CRM system.

We are looking for you who

• Are comfortable talking on the phone and communicate clearly in Danish and occasionally English.
• Are systematic and good at documenting.
• Have an interest in customer contact, business or sales (experience is not required).
• Are approachable and helpful and thrive in an informal team.

Introduction to the company and the job

Conversio is a team of more than 45 specialists who design, advise and develop ecommerce solutions for some of Denmark's most ambitious webshops. We share premises with the ecommerce company Value Group in Frichsparken, Åbyhøj – close to Aarhus C.

Practical information

The position is about 8-15 hours per week (start as soon as possible).
