Paid Search Intern

Job Description

As a Paid Search Intern at dentsu you will gain practical experience in keyword analysis, campaign setup and performance optimization. You will become part of a team that works with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, and learn to use data to target and improve campaigns.

You will work with keyword, potential and data analyses, setup and optimization of campaigns, development of USPs and call-to-actions, as well as evaluation of performance. In addition you will gain experience with reporting, budget monitoring and analysis of key KPIs such as clicks, CPC, CTR and conversions.

You will work across different clients and industries and thus gain insight into how Paid Search strategies and campaigns vary depending on the client's goals, market and audience.

As a member of the team you will regularly receive sparring and feedback, but also the opportunity to take more independent responsibility as you become familiar with the platforms and workflows. You will also gain insight into the collaboration between Paid Search and other digital disciplines, thereby building a broader understanding of digital marketing at the agency.

• Work in a team-oriented, dynamic and detail-focused environment

• Conduct research and analyses that support the business needs
• Utilize relevant platforms and tools to manage and update the team's and clients' activities and programs
• Support the team's, clients' and company's goals and initiatives
• Build industry insight and practical experience in digital marketing and advertising
• Participate in networking activities, learning programs and mentor schemes that support professional and personal development
