Property service technician apprentices wanted for Civica's Operations Center in Vollsmose and North-West in Odense

Are you ready to get involved? Do you have your hands well and truly on the tools, and do you like a daily life where you use both your head and your body? Then you may be one of the new property service technician apprentices we are seeking for Civica's operations center in Vollsmose or North-West with start in January!

We offer an exciting and diverse apprenticeship position where you will have the opportunity to learn everything about operation and maintenance of housing departments – both indoors and outdoors. You will become part of our team, which every day makes a difference for the residents in the area.

Your tasks as an apprentice As a property service technician apprentice you will among other things learn and gain practical experience with that:

• Carry out supervision of and maintain buildings and outdoor areas.
• Undertake tasks within renovation, snow removal and gritting for icy conditions.
• Maintain green areas, including lawn mowing, hedge trimming and chemical-free weed control.
• Provide good resident service, where you help with small repairs in homes and common areas.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a training program to become a property service technician.
• You may already have some experience with crafts or green areas – but the most important is that you are curious and ready to learn.
• You are service-minded and enjoy working with people.
• You like fresh air and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when required.

Practical information Driftscenter Vollsmose and Driftscenter Nord-Vest are two of Civica's 11 operations centers on Funen. The operations centers are led on a daily basis by an operations manager with assistance from two operations manager assistants. In addition, there is an property inspector who handles the overall leadership of the operations center.

The employment follows the applicable collective agreement. Please note that there is no possibility to undertake your schooling in Odense, as there is no educational institution offering the program there. You will therefore commute or live in a student residence during your schooling at Aarhus Tech in Aarhus.
