In Søbjerggård Børnehus we are looking for two engaged pedagogues or pedagogical assistants who are passionate about present relationships, strong professional communities and children's opportunities to develop through play, learning and participation.

We are looking for colleagues who see value in both the individual relationship and the larger community, and who want to contribute to a day care where children are met with care, clarity and high professional ambitions, and where employees experience co-determination, collaboration and job satisfaction.

One position is currently placed in our middle group (3-5 years), and the other in our big children’s group (5-6 years).

Who are we?

Søbjerggård Børnehus is an integrated day care with 135 children distributed across two baby groups and five kindergarten groups. We also host a Special Offer with four resource places for children aged 3-6 years who need extra support in their development.

We work from a view of children where all children do their best, and our task is to create the frames that give children the opportunity to succeed. We believe development occurs through secure relationships, clear adults and meaningful communities.

• can work within the house opening hours between 06:00 and 18:00
