Processing of personal data about you as a user/job seeker:
When we handle personal data about or for you, we only collect and process the personal data necessary in relation to the agreement we have entered into with you.
We ask you to enter your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth (not your full CPR number), gender, profile photo (optional), information about your education and work experience, certifications, driving licence categories and language skills.
We assess whether there is a basis for collecting and processing personal data, which personal data is necessary and relevant, and how long the personal data should be stored.
When we are the data controller in relation to your personal data, we must ensure compliance with the rights you have under data protection legislation (see the section "Your rights").
Processing of personal data about parties other than customers, including companies that post jobs on Arbejd.com:
In connection with performing tasks for our customers and operating the business, there will be situations where we, for our own purposes, handle personal data about other parties, e.g. employees at partners, contracting parties or other relevant parties. In these situations we are also the data controller.
We register companies' master data and one or more contact persons in the company. For contact persons we register name, job title, department, work email address and work phone number.
This means we must ensure fulfilment of the registered person's rights under data protection legislation.
