2 interns for the content department

From January 2027 we are seeking two new passionate interns for the editorial team - one editorial intern and a SoMe/video intern.

Both will work with the dissemination of film content in writing and video as well as being passionate about films and series.

The position is unpaid, and the internship must therefore be an educational component of your studies. The working hours are four days a week at our office, which is located in the heart of Valby close to Copenhagen. The period is 5-6 months starting January 2027. Shorter internship periods will not be considered.

Who are we?

Kino.dk is Denmark's largest film site, where in the editorial team we keep track of all films with Danish theatrical premieres. We write film reviews, editorial news, conduct interviews with film professionals from both Denmark and abroad, cover gala premieres, etc.

We are a small company with our own office at the historic Nordisk Film in Valby. This means, among other things, that we can offer a delicious lunch arrangement for our interns.

The editorial team consists of three full-time employees, two part-time employees and two very important interns. We live and breathe film. We watch films, talk about films and write about all films with Danish theatrical premieres.

In other words: Everything film lovers consume.

Who are we looking for?

We divide the interns' focus, so that one is specifically focused on social media and creating related creative content, while the other will handle the more traditional editorial writing work.

Both interns have the opportunity to conduct interviews and will also get to know each other's areas. The interns are a fixed part of the editorial team, where we all help each other. The internship period will also be shaped by your own areas of interest.

Editorial intern

Can you write broadly and passionately about all kinds of films? Do you have the nerve to ensure that the news flow on Denmark's most read film site is up-to-date, engaging and in-depth? Then it's you we're looking for!

In this role you will become familiar with the following

• dissemination of film content to a broad audience in the form of news, guides and feature articles
• interviews in both writing and video
• web- and search engine-optimized texts
• image editing in Photoshop
• video editing in Final Cut Pro
• newsletters
• optimization of the film database

A strong interest in film is naturally a huge advantage.

SoMe/Video intern
