At Søbjerggård Børnehus we are looking for two dedicated pedagogues or pedagogical assistants who are passionate about close relationships, strong professional communities and children’s opportunities to develop through play, learning and participation.

We are seeking colleagues who can see the value in both the individual relationship and the larger community, and who want to contribute to a day-care where children meet with care, clarity and high professional ambitions, and where staff experience influence, collaboration and job satisfaction.

One position is currently placed in our middle group (3-5 years), and the other in our big-child group (5-6 years).

Who are we?

Søbjerggård Børnehus is an integrated day care offering 135 children spread across two toddlers’ groups and five kindergarten groups. We also host a Special Offer with four resource places for children aged 3-6 years who need extra support in their development.

We work from a child-centered view in which every child does their best, and our task is to create the frameworks that enable children to succeed. We believe that development happens through secure relationships, clear adults and meaningful communities.
