3 experienced night nurses for a newly started shielded 2:1 offer

In Ellekilde – part of Gladsaxe Handicaptilbud – we are starting a sheltered offer with 2:1 staffing. Now we are looking for experienced night guards who want to be involved from the start.

A younger man moves in with a need for massive support for relationship building, structure and predictability. The work requires high professionalism, calm and clarity – and at the same time provides an opportunity for real immersion and continuity in the effort.

Task

You will be responsible for

• building a stable and trusting relationship
• creating clear structure and preventive frameworks, also at night
• preventing and managing outwardly aggressive behavior with a low-arousal approach
• documenting purposefully and systematically
• collaborating closely with the day team

The position is for you who thrive in night work and can work closely with another night shift worker. You must be able to see the value in long-term, persistent relationship work.

We are looking for you who

• have a social or health care education or solid experience within developmental disabilities with complex issues and behavior
• have knowledge of autism, ADHD and structured pedagogy
• work methodically, reflectively and with strong documentation
• can maintain calm and professionalism in complex situations
• have a high awareness of your own boundaries and professional role
• wish to shape a new offer from the start.

Practical information

The workplace is located in calm surroundings in Kongens Lyngby.

The positions are awake night shifts working every other week, with hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

The position is 37 hours per week.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.

December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
