The first period the primary workplace will be Mindet 6 in Aarhus Sydhavn , where a broad combination of carpentry work will be needed. Here we are transforming DLG's grain warehouse from 1926, which is preserved and forms the base for Denmark's tallest business house.

Subsequently you will work with renovation, maintenance and special tasks across our properties in Aarhus.

Carpentry work in buildings with character

Many of our buildings are former industrial and commercial properties with history and character, which we transform and give new functions. The solution is not always predefined here.

Therefore you will fit in well with us if you like to stand in a room and see what is needed, without it being in a drawing.

We work with the buildings' existing qualities and materials as the starting point. It requires good craftsmanship and the ability to find solutions that fit the individual building.

Your tasks

• Renovation and maintenance of existing properties
• Specially tailored solutions in commercial and residential leases
• Smaller renovations and interior arrangements
• Work with, among other things, fixtures, doors, floors and other building elements

About you

You are a trained carpenter and work independently and properly. You take responsibility for your tasks and have an eye for quality and detail.

You thrive with varied carpentry work and can use your professional experience when a task requires finding the solution on-site.

The Olav de Linde Property Company develops, rents and operates properties in Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen. We work, among other things, to preserve and transform existing buildings so they can gain new functions and continue to live on.

With our own craft department we are close to both the properties and the solutions that are implemented. Carpenters, masons and other trades work closely together with respect for each other’s professionalism.
