About Teglgårdshuset

Teglgårdshuset is a social-psychiatric residential facility for people with dual diagnoses. The citizens live with mental disorders combined with active substance abuse, and several have treatment orders. What they share is the need for support to master everyday life and to create a life with as much self-determination, well-being and quality of life as possible.

As we are in an exciting development with new citizens and staff, we are therefore seeking a colleague who wants to contribute to both the community and the continued development of the house.

We expect that you

• Are educated as a social pedagogue, occupational therapist, or have another relevant social-educational education
• Have experience with or an interest in psychiatry, addiction and somatics
• Work rehabilitatively and preferably have knowledge of mentalization
• Actively participate in supervision, reflection and professional sparring
• Communicate clearly and situationally
• Can adapt your efforts to the individual citizen’s needs
• Work systematically and see documentation as an integrated part of the professional work

Above all, you believe that people can develop when they are met with the right framework, support and expectations.

Practical information

• Shifts from 07.00 to 23.00
• Work every 2nd weekend with possibility of every 3rd weekend

• Salary and employment terms:

Occupational Therapist

Workplace: Teglgårdshuset

Hours: 37 hours

Start date: 1 December 2026

Salary placement follows the collective agreement for Occupational Therapists, our pre-agreements and any individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The position’s salary range as an occupational therapist will be from DKK 29,824.87 to DKK 35,746.32, depending on the candidate’s seniority, continuing education and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.

Social educator

Workplace: Teglgårdshuset

Hours: 37 hours

Start date: 1 December 2026

Salary placement follows the collective agreement for Social Educators, our pre-agreements and any individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The position’s salary range as a social educator will be from DKK 32,863 to DKK 37,424, depending on the candidate’s seniority, further education and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.
