There is something satisfying about concrete work.

In the morning you’re standing with formwork, reinforcement and a plan.

By the end of the day you’ve moved a good distance closer to something that will stand for many years.

We are looking for more skilled concrete workers for various concrete and civil construction tasks.

So if you enjoy physical work, can use your head at the same time as your hands, and preferably want to be able to see what the workday has been spent on...

...then it’s worth reading on.

🏗️ From foundation to finished casting

The workday will be varied within the concrete trade, and you will among other things work with:

🔹 Foundations

🔹 Ground slabs

🔹 Reinforcement

🔹 Formwork

🔹 Concrete pouring

🔹 Preparation for pours

🔹 Other concrete and civil works

In other words, it’s not only the pouring itself that counts.

There must be control of the work before the concrete truck backs in .

Because once it’s there...

...there’s a not-so-good time to discover that someone forgot something. 😅

💪 Can you work alone? Good. Can you work with others? Even better.

We are looking for people who can take responsibility for their own tasks, but who also understand that good concrete work often requires a team that works together.

You must therefore

• Be reliable
• Be able to work independently
• Be able to be part of a team
• Take responsibility for your tasks
• Have a practical approach to the job
• Be ready for physical work
• Care about the quality of what you deliver

If you have experience with concrete work, that is naturally relevant.

And if you also have a driver's license, relevant courses or machine experience , that is an advantage.

However, it is not a requirement that your CV fills four pages.

We’d rather have people who can and want the work.

🧱 There’s a reason the foundation is called the foundation

That’s not the place you want to take a shortcut.

Therefore we are looking for people who pay attention to detail and understand the importance of good preparation.

Formwork must be in order.

The reinforcement must be in place.

And when pours are to be done, everyone must know what they are doing.

That may sound very simple.

It is – until someone does it wrong. 😄

🔨 The work is not done from an office chair

On the other hand, you get something else

A workday with practical tasks, colleagues around you and a result that doesn’t disappear when the computer is turned off.

Here there is work to be done.

There can be a good atmosphere while you work.

And by knock-off time we should preferably be further along than in the morning.
