Ådalskolen seeks an educator for a permanent position as well as a maternity cover

Our activity-based after-school program is a place where energy, structure, togetherness and immersion go hand in hand. There is room for both play, learning, calm and movement, so we are looking for a colleague who can contribute to exactly that.

You will, among other things, take on a task at the school called the project school joy, co-teaching whether it is outdoor life, cooking or something else that is the focus, so you must be passionate about it.

About the positions

Position 1: Ådalskolen is seeking an engaged and curious pedagogue for a permanent position of 30-34 hours per week as soon as possible, but no later than December 1, 2026. You will become part of both the SFO and the school's everyday life, where the working hours primarily fall within opening hours in these two environments.

Position 2: Ådalskolen is seeking an engaged and curious pedagogue for a maternity leave cover of 30-34 hours per week from December 1, 2026. You will become part of both the SFO, preschool and school’s everyday life, where the working hours primarily fall within opening hours in these environments.

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the applicable provisions on local pay formation. Additionally, after a concrete assessment, qualification and/or function allowances may be agreed depending on the content of the position as well as your experience and qualifications.
