• co-responsible for ensuring quality and nursing tasks in close collaboration with the care staff
• strengthen professional reflection among the staff group through professional leadership and professional discussions
• develop quality work through an overview from both solving concrete tasks and data
• develop and train in documentation; at Aarhus Friplejehjem Helheden Cura is used and experience here is therefore an advantage.

To succeed in this role we imagine that you

• are a trained nurse
• have experience with quality work – preferably supplemented with courses and/or diploma modules within quality, development or leadership
• work in a structured, systematic and analytical way
• are professionally well-founded and keep yourself updated within your area
• meet residents and colleagues with respect, recognition and professionalism.
• have experience with UTH-treatment
• preferably an expert in documentation in CURA

The position is 37 hours
