Accompanying a 12-year-old boy to Scouts

Can you help transport a 12-year-old boy to scout on Wednesdays?

In Ballerup, the boy lives with his mother and his twin brother. He has been diagnosed with ADHD and infantil autism, but he is a cheerful boy who finds it difficult to stand up for himself and recognize his own boundaries.

The task

You shall pick up the boy at his home and drive him to scout on Wednesdays. Sometimes you need to stay, observe and be a possible safety person for him; other times you should keep your distance so you can step in if he struggles.

Working hours will be from 17:45 to 20:15 on Wednesdays when there is scout.

About you

It is expected that you have your own car and can drive the boy in it. You will receive mileage reimbursement for kilometers driven in the job

If you have experience with children with diagnoses it is advantageous but not a requirement. You must be able to build a relationship with the boy so he can feel safe riding with you.

If you are trained as a pedagogue, you will be paid as such. But it is not a requirement that you are trained as a pedagogue.
