We are looking for

Do you want to help drive the growth in Sweco Digital and translate digital opportunities into tangible results?

In the role you will be an important part of an ambitious team where you will be responsible for developing new customers, strengthening existing relationships and contributing to positioning Sweco Digital as a strong and value-adding partner.

Your responsibilities

You will have a central role in

• develop and drive software sales and digital solutions for new and existing customers
• build strong relationships with decision-makers and key customers
• draft and follow up on sales and account plans
• lead meetings, presentations and negotiations
• work closely with specialists and delivery teams on proposals and customer solutions
• draft and maintain contracts & proposals
• contribute to pipeline development and commercial initiatives across Sweco Digital

About you

We imagine that you have solid experience with B2B sales in the municipal market and thrive in a role that creates both close customer relationships and results. You work in a structured way, take responsibility and are good at building trust with customers and partners.

In addition we would like you to

• have experience with software sales and longer sales cycles to municipalities and utility companies (knowledge within the Climate, Environment and Technical Administration would be a plus but not required)
• are strong in value-based selling and customer development
• communicate clearly and professionally
• work independently and purposefully
• are motivated by cross-disciplinary collaboration
• have an interest in digital solutions and business development
