Today, the finance function is changing due to new digital solutions and integrated systems. It requires time, resources and competences to get acquainted with the new possibilities, and therefore many of Beierholm's clients choose either full or partial outsourcing of their financial function. In Outsourcing we assist our clients with both operations, efficiency and optimization of their financial function.

Your daily life at Beierholm

As an Accounting Consultant you will take responsibility for bookkeeping, reporting and financial sparring for your clients. Your tasks include onboarding of new clients, advisory and operations. A large part of the task also involves digitizing the clients' processes, as that is where the big efficiency gains lie.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be tailored to your competences, experience and ambitions, but may include the following:

• Bookkeeping from A-Z
• Reconciling and filings
• Period-end balances, reporting and year-end closing
• Onboarding of younger colleagues
• VAT and duties
• Onboarding of new clients
• Digitization of processes
• Responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Advisory and dialogue with the clients
• We offer the necessary training and together we lay a plan for your development and career.

Your profile

As an Accounting Consultant at Beierholm you will have an exciting daily life, where your ability to read your clients, uncover their needs and provide them with competent sparring is in focus. You communicate at eye level, are present in your approach, and are eager to take on a broad and varied portfolio of tasks.

Your educational background is not decisive. What matters is that you have experience and competences within bookkeeping, accounting and reporting.

At the same time you have

• Experience from a similar role, where you have served a broad portfolio of clients
• Motivation to make a difference for the clients
• Attention to detail, orderliness and always keeping your promises
• Interest in development, systems, digitization etc.
• Natural desire to take responsibility
• Experience with different bookkeeping systems; E-conomic and Business Central is an advantage
