About the job

In Financial Systems we develop, operate and manage the digital accounting and financial solutions Ø90 and InterCount. The solutions are used by DLBR companies and end customers – primarily farmers and other SMEs.

As an accounting-savvy project manager you will be responsible for driving cross-functional tasks at the intersection of accounting expertise, compliance, and system development. You will bring together subject-matter experts, Product Owners, development and operations teams, UX, support, external partners and key stakeholders around common goals and deliverables.

An important part of the job is to lead compliance tasks in the financial area so Ø90 and InterCount continue to support applicable laws, regulatory requirements and users’ needs. You will familiarize yourself with requirements and consequences and translate them into well-defined tasks that the relevant development teams can prioritize and solve.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

• create an overview of deliverables, dependencies and stakeholders across teams and domains
• drive compliance tasks and ensure progress, clarification and clear accountability
• contribute to planning and roadmap together with Product Owners, area leads and teams
• help qualify and define tasks so they can be handed over to relevant development teams
• structure tasks and progress in Jira and create transparency for stakeholders
• prepare decision material, status reports and briefings that make complex topics easy to understand
• collaborate with subject-matter experts on rules, practices and requirements in the financial area.

About you

We envision that you have an accounting-related education and experience with accounting, financial processes or digital financial systems. You do not need to come from a classical IT role, but you should be keen to work closely with digital solutions and be able to bridge between expertise, business and development.

You have experience with project management of complex cross-functional tasks and thrive on bringing stakeholders together, making agreements and following through on deliverables.

• work thoroughly and have an eye for quality, deadlines and documentation.

It is an advantage if you have experience with agile ways of working, Jira, digital product teams or financial systems. The most important thing, however, is that you combine accounting expertise, structure and the desire to make things happen together with others.

You will be part of Financial Systems in SEGES Innovation, where we develop digital solutions for accounting, financial management and advisory. The tasks have great significance for users, customers and the continued development of the area.
