Active pedagogical worker for a psychiatric service – with a desire to take your next steps (full-time, near Horsens)

Are you physically active and professionally a strong educator? Are you ready to walk between 15 and 18 km at a brisk pace together with a lively young resident with complex developmental challenges.

This job is for you who, through your clear communication, can help the resident gain structure in everyday life. You love taking long walks in nature, in thrift stores and amusement parks, and understand how you can, through various activities, ensure professional care and development for the resident

You can look forward to working in a fixed resident team, where we as a rule work with 1:1 staffing. This gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the resident and work purposefully with the pedagogical strategies you have established in collaboration with your team. • We work in a structured and targeted way with the pedagogical effort

We expect that you have

• A relevant pedagogical or health care education – such as educator, pedagogical assistant, teacher, social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or SOSU assistant.
• Experience with the pedagogical target group of Autism and/or Psychiatry.
• Can walk 6 km in one hour and 10 km in up to 2 hours.
• Is comfortable with both cats and dogs.
• Valid B driving license.
