  • briefing papers to hospital management, leadership group meetings and operations council
  • support of department meetings and LMU as well as coordinating the staff's administrative tasks.

We expect that you

  • have a relevant academic education or solid experience as a health administration employee, medical secretary or similar

  • great autonomy and wide contact interfaces
  • close to management and research – with the possibility to shape the role according to your abilities
  • good opportunities for professional development in a dedicated and informal environment with high professional standards
  • thorough onboarding with buddy training and relevant courses.
