Adventurous educator sought for the nursery at Skovparkens Børnehus

We are looking for an educator for our nursery who meets the child with recognition and respect. Someone who understands the importance of creating a good relationship with both children, parents and colleagues. Someone who can stay calm when pressure situations arise, take responsibility for planning a daily routine that strengthens the children's well-being, development and learning, and someone who WANTS the children.

Skovparken's Childhouse is a place full of life, laughter and learning. We believe that childhood should be filled with curiosity, security and fun experiences.

Skovparken's Childhouse is an integrated institution with 21 nursery children and about 60 preschool children. Our institution is located in the middle of a quiet residential area in the northern part of Nyborg. We are within walking distance of both forest, beach, hall, playgrounds and good bike/bus connections to the world.

In the staff group, we are good at caring for and looking after one another. It is important to us that everyone feels safe and happy to come to work. From time to time social events are arranged outside working hours to safeguard the good collegiality.

Further information

The position is 37 hours per week.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

The expected starting salary falls within the range of 34,070–39,380 DKK per month excluding pension and flex benefits.

The specific salary is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including education, experience, competencies and the responsibilities of the position.

Please note that a police clearance and a child-safeguarding clearance will be obtained prior to employment.
