Assentoft and Vorup have just received shared management, and you will therefore become part of one unified team across the two departments in the southern Randers area. This means that you:

Your role

Since there is room to expand the portfolio that awaits you, you should want to continue developing both existing client relationships and new ones. It is therefore important that you are strong in the private client area, independently able to handle customers end-to-end and enjoy welcoming new customers – both those who come to our door and those who come from leads from your colleagues and from your own proactive work.

If you have experience with or an interest in the interaction between smaller business customers’ business and private finances, there will also be an opportunity to work with this customer segment or to develop in it.

We are looking for you who have the courage to continue developing your skills and become even more proficient together with others – even if you may already be seasoned in the trade. Below you can see our suggestions for how you can succeed in the role.

After 100 days you take responsibility for your tasks and feel at home in Sparekassen Kronjylland and in the cross-department community across Assentoft and Vorup. It has been particularly successful because:

• You have completed our tailored onboarding program, are getting to know your department and the cross-department community, and participate in meetings and sparring. With your desire to create strong relationships and results, you take our concepts to heart and actively use them in your customer meetings, and when meeting new customers.
• You are in full swing getting to know your customers – and laying out a plan for how you will expand the portfolio with more of them. You are good at building strong relationships and thrive with close customer contact when you give customers a good financial overview.
• Colleagues and customers have great trust in you and your professional judgment. This is partly because you are already strong in the private area and have years of experience advising different customer types and talking about dreams and plans with them.
• As a true team player you contribute to the team with your professionalism, experience and good ideas for how we can become even better together. You are curious, ask questions and actively use the shared professional environment to develop yourself.

After a year you have become a strong sparring partner for colleagues and customers and contribute to our high customer satisfaction. This succeeds particularly because:

• You advise and challenge your customers independently and have built solid relationships with them. You have earned the customers’ trust because you live up to the bank’s customer promises, have great professional insight and cover their finances end-to-end.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You are proactive and available and are happy to contact customers unsolicited, so they experience a high degree of speed, quality and attention. You naturally involve the specialists associated with the department.
• You are proud of your department and contribute to its visibility and good reputation – among other things by participating in customer-facing activities and by showing interest in opportunities in our market area. You enjoy creating success together with others and actively contribute to the community and sparring both within the department and across Assentoft and Vorup.
