Advising owner-managers in Horsens on personal finances and local business clients at the intersection of private and corporate economics

Do you have solid knowledge in the private client area so you can provide owner-managers with advice and sparring on their personal finances, which typically is more complex in wealth, housing and investments? Do you also have the willingness to develop yourself and expand your field by moving into the cross-field between private and corporate economics and making a difference for the smaller business customers' overall finances? Then you may be the one we are looking for for our department in Horsens, where an exciting portfolio awaits you.

Your role

You should give owner-managers thorough private banking advice typically with specialized advice within pension, wealth, housing and investment – and naturally in collaboration with relevant specialists. The local business customers, who will also be among your clients, typically have lower risk and business scale than classic business customers, but the same need for good advice. You should therefore be eager to advise in the cross-field between private and corporate economics.

In Sparekassen Kronjylland this is an independent professional area, which we call Local Business, and which we have good success with offering tailored training and sparring within. We expect you to be strong in the private area and to have an interest in also advising Local Business. Depending on your background we offer the right onboarding.

After 100 days you take responsibility for your tasks and feel at home in Sparekassen. This has proven particularly successful because:

• You have completed your tailored onboarding program, where you have learned the day-to-day in the team and participated in meetings and sparring. With your natural desire to create strong relationships and results, you are already adopting our concepts and using them in your meetings with customers.
• You thrive with the close contact to the customers in your portfolio and are good at tailoring solutions for them and giving them financial security.
• Both colleagues and customers have great trust in you, your advice and your professionalism. You already have several years of experience with thorough and complex private banking and with covering the customers' personal finances.
• You have a natural interest in smaller businesses and owner-managers and continually build on new knowledge, so you also in this area begin to challenge customers and spot hidden needs – both in personal finances and in the business – and translate them into concrete solutions.
• As a team player you naturally contribute with your knowledge, your good mood and your good ideas for how we can together become even better. You are curious and do not hold back when you have questions.

After a year you have become a strong sparring partner for colleagues and customers, and you contribute to the department's high customer satisfaction. You will achieve this particularly well after a year because:

• You advise and challenge your customers with great independence, with whom you have built strong relationships and gained many good ambassadors among. You have now also built up a large insight into the interplay between private and corporate economics for Local Business, which you naturally bring into your advice.
• You particularly have gained the customers' trust by living up to the bank's customer promises, and because you in your advisory work are driven by seeing opportunities and covering the whole client.
• Customer satisfaction is top of your agenda. You are available and willingly contact your customers proactively, as you know the importance of speed, quality and high service.
• You are proud of our department and naturally contribute to the department's visibility, network, development and attraction of new customers. You understand our business-oriented family culture and are an active part of the department's community and good sparring environment.
