About the job

Should you be our new colleague?

Then now there is an opportunity.

Our operating department consists of five operating rooms and in addition we have an observation unit, with space for 12 patients. Here we receive both elective and subacute patients before and after coronary angiography (KAG) / PCI procedures for observation, care and information about the further course, treatment and discharge.

We perform coronary angiography (KAG) and balloon dilation with stent treatment (PCI) and perform KAG and pacemaker implantation seven days a week, as well as Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) and ablation of cardiac rhythm disorders (RFA/Cryo/PFA). Last year we started non-anesthesiologist deep sedation for patients undergoing treatment for rhythm disorders. The deep sedation is carried out by a small group of nurses trained for this function. There will possibly be an opportunity for interested applicants to be trained in this function.

Professional and cheerful workplace

We place emphasis on high quality in nursing and care for the individual patient and their relatives. That the patient is met as an equal, is always in focus; this is central to our core task. Humor and social interaction play a big role in daily life. It is of great importance that we have a good working environment, where responsibility, respect, trust, collaboration and a good and proper tone are important key concepts in our approach to the people we (co)work with.

We can offer you

A position where you have the opportunity to be part of a department with a high professional level and ongoing professional development. Where we span broadly in both experience and age and are aware of using each other’s strengths and knowledge.

A high professional level, where there is inter- and intradisciplinary teaching every week.

A developing environment where we work systematically with improvement work, quality, strategy, development, education and nursing research.

A good multidisciplinary collaboration to create the best patient pathways.

A close team collaboration where you never stand alone and always have the opportunity to spar with colleagues.

A really good onboarding, which is structured and individually tailored to you and your competences. You will be assigned a mentor throughout the onboarding period lasting 9 months.

An versatile job, where we both have instrumental nursing and the close patient contact. A job where days never look the same.

Very good opportunities for course participation and professional development.

A good working environment where we are good at laughing and having fun together as well as taking care of each other.

Influence on shift planning, where personal circumstances are taken into account. There is also the possibility of 3 weeks of summer holiday in the main holiday period.

A light on-call load with few weekend shifts and few holiday shifts.

Good traditions such as rounders day, Friday coziness, summer party, running and much more.

We are looking for you who

  • Have cardiological or other relevant clinical experience and preferably 2 years of experience from the clinic
  • Thrive in a busy environment and enjoy short-term contact with patients and relatives
  • Have commitment and initiative and can demonstrate decisiveness and responsibility
  • See a professional and personal challenge in helping to develop our invasive function and nursing for our patients to create the best patient pathways
  • Are curious and interested in evidence-based development and research
  • Will contribute to maintaining our good working environment, where there is room for humor and diversity as well as an eye for helping each other
  • Wish to contribute to good mono- and multidisciplinary collaboration
