Consultant Cardiologist, Department of Cardiac Diseases, Heart Centre, Rigshospitalet

A position as Department Physician, with service in the Department of Cardiology at Rigshospitalet, is available for appointment.

Emphasis is placed on the applicant being a specialist in cardiology. A person with broad cardiological experience is sought, who is scientifically active and has documented clinical ability and scientific interest in the treatment of congenital heart diseases at a high specialized level.

The department physician is expected to independently participate in the heart centre's internal and external functions and development tasks within non-invasive evaluation/treatment of patients with congenital/structural heart disease.

The department physician is expected to participate in the department's educational commitments.

The position is for the time being associated with a on-call obligation
