Would you like to lead a well-functioning electrical department for smaller projects and create results through skilled employees? Do you have an electrical engineering background, strong leadership skills and a desire to set the direction for both people, projects and the business? Then you may be our new department head.

For our electrical department for smaller projects in Odense, we are seeking a department head with the overall responsibility for the service department's project business. The department primarily works with projects in the order of 0.5-5 million DKK.

As department head you are responsible for the department's employees, finances and ongoing development. You create the best framework for project managers and fitters to succeed, and you actively contribute to developing both people, work processes and the business. At the same time you are a visible leader who makes decisions, creates direction and ensures progress in the department.

Your tasks will include

• Direct supervisor for 2 project managers and 5 fitters/technicians.
• Estimating and proactive selling of new projects.
• Overall financial management, resources and contract signing, including monthly project reviews with the project managers.
• Project management and leadership of technical projects in specialist contracting/multi-disciplinary.
• Detailed design, schedules and coordination in accordance with our BravidaWay processes.
• Quality assurance and documentation (D&V).
• Collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Collaboration across departments and disciplines.
• Professional sparring and support to employees in technical solutions and challenges.

Who are you?

• You have an electrical engineering background and experience with project management or management of technical projects.
• You are a visible leader who creates motivation, development and results through others.
• You have strong financial understanding and experience with budgets, contracts and project economics.
• You work in a structured way and are good at creating an overview.
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with multidisciplinary contracts, but it is not a requirement.
