Relief worker for the night shift – team Fælles Nat, home care Silkeborg

Our regular substitutes must either start education or travel, and therefore we are seeking substitutes for outbound night shifts in Silkeborg municipality. If you are unskilled, possibly on a gap year, with experience from home care or nursing home, or if you are educated within the field but want to try something new, then the night shift may be for you.

We are a cross-disciplinary holistic care group that only works at night, all days of the week, year-round. We are 10 on duty of which 2 are nurses, and we run on 8 different routes planned according to competencies and we help each other across. We are a team that helps each other even though we may be far apart at times. You drive alone but you can always call a colleague for help or sparring. It is important for us to emphasize that you are never alone at work.

You will be introduced and trained in tasks and workflows but you must bring care and empathy yourself as it is an important part of the job.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.

Employment is through our temporary staffing booking. Here you will via an app be able to see available shifts and bid on them. It is possible to be attached to more than one placement site.

Hours will vary as you cover for holidays and other absence.
