Substitutes sought at Solbakken Nursing Home in Ejstrupholm

Do you want a job filled with presence, smiles and meaningful moments?

We need substitutes for day and evening shifts every day of the week. Day shifts run between 7:00-13/15, while evening shifts run between 14:30-23:00, both short and long shifts.

We are looking for

• Weekend and holiday substitutes
• On-call substitutes for weekdays and evenings

We would very much like to make use of your help over a longer period.

As a substitute/temporary worker, after thorough training you will participate in the daily care and support for our residents. The training includes, among other things:

• Electronic care system CURA
• Transfers
• Medication management

Your tasks will include, among others

• Help with personal care
• Assistance with meals
• Transfers
• Participation in activities and social interaction with residents

About Solbakken

Solbakken in Ejstrupholm is a small and manageable care center in Ikast-Brande Municipality with 30 residents. You will work closely with your colleagues, who are Social and Health Assistants, Social and Health Helpers, Nurses, Unskilled workers, Occupational therapist, House assistant and Kitchen assistant. We are enriched with a wonderful circle of friends and a large group of fantastic volunteers who help to bring joy and presence to our residents.

What we are looking for

You are good at keeping an overview and organizing your tasks. You want to work with relationships with residents and relatives. You are a positive and engaged person who thrives in proper and friendly dialogue and coordination with colleagues. A person who is positive and approachable, who can meet our residents and relatives with respect and presence. It is important that you are reliable, flexible and contactable.

Salary and terms of employment

• Salary and terms according to the applicable collective agreement.
• When we hire staff in Health and Elderly care, it is a condition that the person we wish to hire can present a satisfactory private criminal record
