You set the direction for quality in AI

As an AI Quality & Performance Specialist you will be a central part of the work to define, measure and improve the quality of PensionDanmark's growing portfolio of AI solutions. You will have the opportunity to set the standard for how we work professionally and systematically with AI quality in practice.

You monitor AI solutions in operation, investigate where they can become sharper, and translate insights into concrete improvements. Together with the business and the development team you ensure that the solutions meet user needs and create the desired effect.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

• define methods, standards and metrics for AI quality
• build automated evaluations and monitoring of AI solutions in operation
• analyze data and user feedback to find improvement opportunities
• drive improvement initiatives together with the business and the development team
• translate analyses into clear recommendations and reporting to business and management

Together we ensure value-creating AI solutions

You will become part of Machine Learning & AI (MLAI) in PensionDanmark's NewTech department. The team develops, implements and operates AI solutions that support, among other things, member services, advice and case handling.

AI is already an integrated part of our business. Therefore, you will not only have the opportunity to test new ideas, but also to influence how we work professionally and systematically with quality in solutions used in practice. You will also help shape a rapidly developing professional field.

Your workplace will be at our headquarters on Langelinie Allé in Copenhagen.

We would very much like to talk with you if ...

… you have experience with data analysis, quality assurance, performance management or improving digital solutions. You do not need a specific educational background or title. The most important thing is that you can create structure, find patterns and translate them into action.

Additionally we would like you to

• work analytically and ask sharp, constructive questions
• build bridges between technology, business and management
• create backing and follow initiatives through to completion
• communicate complex issues simply and clearly
• take ownership, even when the framework is not yet fully defined
• be curious about what creates good and valuable AI in practice

It is an advantage if you have worked with evaluation or monitoring of AI solutions, but this is not a requirement. Since Danish is our primary working language, we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in Danish, both spoken and written.
