AI Specialist for a marketing agency

You know that an AI tool isn’t finished just because it works the first time. It must be monitored, troubleshooted, documented and kept sharp so colleagues can rely on it every day.

At Texta we have built a range of internal AI tools and automations that our specialists use in their daily work with ads, emails, content and data. Now we are looking for a new colleague who can help run it all and ensure that it runs stably while we build on it.

As our new AI & Automation Specialist you will work closely with our AI, Automation & Growth Director, who will train you and give you plenty of sparring along the way.

We will make AI something that is actually used

Our goal is not impressive demos, but tools that create real value for our colleagues and customers. It requires someone to watch how things behave in practice, and not let go until they know why something went wrong.

You will primarily work with the operation of our internal AI platform and the integrations and automations that hang together with it. In addition you will assist on technical customer tasks such as automations, data enrichment and integrations. We handle customer dialogue and meetings, so you can focus on making the solutions work.

You will, among other things …

• monitor and troubleshoot our AI tools when a colleague reports that something isn’t working
• dive into logs, databases and API calls to find the cause of errors and odd behavior
• follow up on consumption and costs across our AI solutions
• maintain and improve existing integrations and automations
• document how the pieces fit together so knowledge isn’t only in one person’s head
• assist on technical customer tasks.

You will fit in well if you …

• are trained computer scientist or similar and have 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably with operations, integrations or automation
• want to become really sharp at operating AI solutions
• can read and edit TypeScript and SQL and are comfortable troubleshooting in logs, databases and API calls
• already use Claude in your daily life and have built or automated something with it
• naturally see how a workflow fits together from start to finish, and get irritated by steps that are manual, undocumented or error-prone
• genuinely happy when you find the fault after a long investigation
• prefer doing things thoroughly over quickly
• prefer an informal work environment with room for laughter, professionalism and plenty of headroom.

Texta is a digital marketing agency with offices in Aarhus and Holstebro. But although we are an agency, there are no sharp elbows or performance-race. We believe it should be fun to go to work. Therefore we place a high value on community. Both when it comes to sparring in daily life, but also after work.

We are today around 30 colleagues distributed across our two offices. In addition there are about 10 part-time employees who work remotely. Our team consists of sharp specialists within communication, email marketing, inbound marketing, paid advertising, graphic design, brand design, translation, copywriting and proofreading.
