About the job

Do you have strong relationship skills, a focus on the well-being of children and young people, and a desire to help develop our existing AKT services?

We are looking for a committed and independent AKT employee who will take on an independent role in the ongoing development and expansion of our AKT effort.

The position is full-time with the possibility of part-time.

About the position As an AKT staff member you will be an important part of the work with behavior, contact and well-being . You will work closely with students, teachers, educators, parents and other professionals around children and young people who need a special educational and social intervention.

A key part of the role will be that you independently contribute to developing and expanding our existing AKT offerings. You will therefore have the opportunity to shape the content, structure and organization of the effort.

You should, among other things

  • Further develop existing AKT interventions and offers
  • Identify new opportunities and needs
  • Plan and implement individual and group-based courses/programs
  • Support the well-being, development and participation of children and young people in communities
  • Collaborate closely with the existing AKT team, teachers, educators, management and other relevant professionals
  • Contribute AKT-professional sparring and guidance to staff
  • Work systematically with observations, goals and evaluation of the effort
  • Take initiatives for new activities, methods and forms of collaboration

We envision...

  • That you have relevant pedagogical experience, preferably with AKT work and education or the like, but the most important is that you can work independently and in a structured way, have strong relationship skills and can translate professional knowledge into pedagogical practice.
  • That you can take initiative, see opportunities and work in an appreciative manner.
  • That you are good at building trust and collaborating with both children/young people and parents, and last but not least – can keep an overview and be flexible when needs change.

About Svinninge School At Svinninge School we want to build a school with many doors. We have a clear mission: to form and educate the whole person in close collaboration with students, parents, staff and the local community.

We go in through the same door every morning, but we send our students out through many different doors – with attention to their different talents, potentials and paths in life.

Our vision is a diverse and inclusive learning culture where all students are seen and heard. Well-being is a constant focus in everything we do, and we actively work to ensure that all children have a place in at least one social and academic community.

We are a dedicated and ambitious school where development, collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand – and where we look forward to welcoming a new colleague into our strong community.

Would you like to help make a difference for children and young people in a professionally strong and warm community? We offer coffee and a tour of the school and share good answers to any questions you may have. Contact the principal, Søren Kæstel Christensen, at tel. 72 36 22 58 to arrange further details.

We look forward to hearing from you!
