About the job
Do you have strong relationship skills, a eye for the wellbeing of children and young people, and a desire to help develop our existing AKT offerings?
We are looking for an engaged and independent AKT staff member, who will take an independent role in the continued development and expansion of our AKT efforts.
The position is full-time with the possibility of part-time.
About the position
As an AKT staff member you will be an important part of the work with behavior, contact and well-being . You will work closely with students, teachers, pedagogues, parents and other professionals around children and youths who require a special pedagogical and social intervention.
A key part of the job is that you independently contribute to further developing and expanding our existing AKT offering. You will therefore have the opportunity to shape both content, structure and organization of the effort.
You will, among other things
- Further develop existing AKT initiatives and offerings
- Identify new opportunities and needs
- Plan and implement individual and group-based programs
- Support children and youths' well-being, development and participation in communities
- Collaborate closely with the existing AKT team, teachers, pedagogues, management and other relevant professionals
- Contribute AKT professional sparring and guidance to staff
- Work systematically with observations, goals and evaluation of the initiative
- Take initiative for new measures, methods and forms of collaboration
We envision...
- That you have relevant pedagogical experience, preferably with AKT work and education or similar, but the most important thing is that you can work independently and in a structured way, have strong relationship skills and can translate professional knowledge into pedagogical practice.
- That you can take initiative, see opportunities and work in an appreciative manner.
- That you are good at building trust and collaboration with both children/young people and parents, and last but not least – can maintain an overview and be flexible when needs change.
About Svinninge School
At Svinninge School we want to build a school with many doors. We have a clear mission: To form and educate whole people in close collaboration with students, parents, staff and the local community.
We all go through the same door each morning, but we send our students out through many different doors – with a view to their different talents, potentials and paths in life.
Our vision is a diverse and inclusive learning culture, where all students are seen and heard. Well-being is a central focus in everything we do, and we actively work to ensure that all children have a place in at least one social and academic community.
We are an engaged and ambitious school, where development, collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand – and where we look forward to welcoming a new colleague into our strong community.
Would you like to help make a difference for children and youths in a professionally strong and warm community?
We offer coffee and a tour of the school and share good answers to the questions you may have. Contact principal, Søren Kæstel Christensen, at tel. 72 36 22 58 to arrange further details.
We look forward to hearing from you!
