Activities Assistant for Day Center and Activities at Plejecenter Lindevang

Would you like to help create meaningful days for older citizens? Then we are looking at Plejecenter Lindevang for an engaged and initiative-taking employee who wants to make a difference for citizens in need of community, activities and support in everyday life.

The day center is a service for citizens with physical, mental or social challenges, where the goal is to support well-being, quality of life and the possibility to maintain an active and meaningful everyday life.

Activities are for both residents at the nursing home and citizens in the day center.

Who are we?

At Plejecenter Lindevang there are 50 residents, and the day center is part of the nursing home. Here we meet daily citizens with different resources, interests and needs. We work from the individual citizen's wishes and possibilities and emphasize presence, respect, community and joy of life.

We offer a everyday life with activities, togetherness and experiences that help strengthen both the physical, mental and social resources of each citizen.

What will you work with?

As an employee in the day center and activity, you will be an important part of everyday life for our citizens, and your tasks will include, among others, that

• plan and carry out activities and offerings for the day center's and Lindevang's citizens
• create frameworks for community, well-being and meaningful experiences
• motivate and support the citizens in actively participating in everyday life
• contribute with ideas for the development of the day center's activities and offerings
• collaborate with colleagues, relatives and other partners
• focus on the citizens' resources, independence and quality of life.
• participate in the care of residents.
• work every 3rd weekend.

Who are you?

We are curious about what you in particular can bring to our nursing home.

Perhaps you are an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, pedagogue, social and health care assistant or have another relevant background. We are looking for the right person – not the right title.

Salary framework

• Social and health care helper: 27,536 DKK - 32,387 DKK
• Social educator: 32,863 DKK - 37,424 DKK
• Nurse: 32,248 DKK - 39,219 DKK

Placement in the pay scale depends on experience, competence and relevant education.
