Ambitious SSH sought for Holmegården Nursing Home

We are seeking

• A SSH for a permanent position in mixed shifts, but with a primary day shift at the number of hours you desire, 30-37 hours.
• Work every second weekend.

Qualifications

You are trained SSH and have a positive attitude to life. Good at making decisions and helping to create a good collaboration with residents, relatives and colleagues. No day is the same, and the tasks are very varied. They may include general care tasks, initiating small activities, creating good moments around meals. In general, to be able to see the small things that make the individual feel valued every day. We use Nexus for our documentation and it is therefore necessary that you have a flair for documenting via this.

About us

The Holmegården Care Center is located by the harbor in Vojle (Vejle) with a view of Vejlefjord. Close to the station, the pedestrian street and shopping opportunities. Our core task is that residents experience safety, presence, dignity and recognizability in daily life. Therefore we are focused on how we together with the individual resident, the relatives and external partners can create the best framework at Holmegården Care Center.

Holmegården Care Center is one of the larger care centers in Vejle with 66 apartments, distributed across 6 departments with 11 residents in each. We accommodate both singles and couples.

Attached to the care center is an activity house and cafe. We are also a large educational institution.

Conditions of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to collective agreement and local wage.

Employment is carried out according to the collective agreement for 73.01 Social and Health Care Personnel - SSH, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is base pay grade (step 19-22) based on seniority, in the range DKK 27,664 – 32,447. The final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

The position is primarily a day shift at the number of hours you want, 30-37 hours, and work every second weekend.
