About Sirius Hagesholm

Sirius Hagesholm is located in beautiful, green surroundings near Gislinge. We are a specialized residential facility for adults with functional impairments and complex challenges, where we work with structure, predictability and professional care as the foundation for well-being and development.

At Sirius Hagesholm we offer a home to our six residents, each resident has their own apartment with good opportunities for privacy and calm. The support is organized based on the individual's needs, prerequisites and daily form, so that we together can create a safe, meaningful and developing daily life.

Your role

As a pedagogue at Sirius Hagesholm you will be a central part of the residents' daily life and development. Together with your colleagues you help create a safe, predictable and homely daily life, where relationships are the focal point of the pedagogical work.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• Support and motivate the residents in their daily life and personal development.
• Create structure, calm and clarity in daily life.
• Enter into close and trusting relationships with the residents.
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities that strengthen well-being and quality of life.
• Work with individual goals and pedagogical interventions.
• Contribute to documentation, status follow-up and professional reflection.
• Participate in both relational and practical tasks as a natural part of everyday life.

You will act as a point of contact for one or more residents and be responsible for following their development in close cooperation with colleagues and management.

About you

You are educated as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant and may have experience from the special needs sector, though this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to work relationally and see well-being as a prerequisite for development.

Practical information

This is a full-time position, primarily involving long shifts, including 12-hour shifts and night shifts. Weekend shifts will also occur. We plan shifts well in advance so you have a predictable and balanced work rhythm.
