An attractive maternity leave cover as head of department at Harebakken in Hammel

The 24/7 residential facility Harebakken (Social and Psychiatry) is seeking a maternity leave replacement for our department head as of December 1 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is for you if you are interested in leading a well-run and professionally strong offering for a period - of course in collaboration with professionally strong and competent employees.

Botilbuddet Harebakken is a 24/7 residential facility with 17 housing units under SEL § 85, eight units for assessment/rehabilitation (SEL §107) and two safety housing units under §82c, as well as a communal house. The target group is adults aged 18 to 85 with pervasive mental disorders and/or social difficulties, including substance abuse and legal supervision.

Harebakken is one of Region Midtjylland's ten highly specialized offerings for people with eating disorders. We provide this support at the residential facility as well as to citizens who do not live at Harebakken (but live in their own home or in less intrusive offerings).

Harebakken is facing implementation of 107a places in interaction with the psychiatry plan's requirements for assessment and rehabilitation places. You will as a leader have an active role in ensuring that the expansions remain well defined, as well as ensuring how we best use the resources and places to benefit citizens, so we meet the psychiatry agreement.

What do we expect from you?

We are seeking a leader who is driven by practicing personnel leadership, who supports a strong citizen perspective from a recovery-oriented and rehabilitative approach, which is why it is important to be able to lead and support employees' efforts in collaboration with the citizens. You as leader must help support the initiatives so that we ensure they have value for the citizen, and that there is focus on the well-being of the employees.

You as leader must be able to look across areas and professional groups and always prioritize a holistic effort. We seek a leader who can see solutions and opportunities so that the citizen's perspective is in the foreground.

You will become leader of 32 engaged and skilled employees with different professional backgrounds. In addition, you will be the leader for a social and a health care coordinator, who together with you will help maintain a high professional level.

As department head in Social and Psychiatry you must be able to organize and lead tasks and efforts so that employees and citizens have the best possible opportunity to act and make decisions close to the task. You must be able to translate the area's vision and strategies into a common direction, approach, and ensure follow-through in our joint task solution. You must be able to formulate measurable development goals and strategies at both common and local levels.

In collaboration with your area manager and financial staff you must have insight into and an overview of your own budget, so that stable economic operation is still ensured.

In the department head team you will be part of a group of five department heads who help each other across operations and development tasks.

• You work in a structured way and have a good overview.
• You have a positive mindset and a curious approach to paradoxes, dilemmas and complexity.
