You now have the opportunity to become part of our fantastic anesthesia team. With us, the workday centers around orthopedic patients in the Department of Surgery and Day Surgery.

We are a large unit within planned orthopedic surgery. We anesthetize for knee, hip, shoulder, spine, and sports surgery and perform more than 7,000 annual anesthesias. We also anesthetize patients for CT and MR scans, gastroscopies and colonoscopies, placement of PEG tubes and DC conversions.

We also have an anesthesia outpatient clinic, where in collaboration with an anesthesia physician we supervise all patients before they come to surgery, as well as a small unit with specially trained AK nurses who ensure a responsible course for patients in AK treatment. All of this contributes to an absolute minimum of cancellations.

In our anesthesia team we are 34 dedicated and skilled anesthesia nurses with very broad experience. We are a nuanced group with an age range of 35 years. We work hard to do extra well for the individual patient, and we want to create a safe place for our patients while our staff thrive.

We have 1 development-responsible nurse, 3 specialty-responsible nurses, 3 clinical tutors, 3 organizers and 1 duty planner, as well as a confidant and an occupational safety representative.

Our main working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:00. In addition there are also some days for shifts until 16, 17 and 19. The balance between private life and working life is important to us, and we try to fulfill as many wishes as possible.

Salary and terms of employment
