Analytical caseworkers for Data Improvement and Quality

You will become part of the professional area Data Improvement and Quality in the Debt Authority, which is responsible for executing a strategic plan to improve the quality of error-prone debt items. It is an important societal task that requires high professionalism, thoroughness and understanding of people’s circumstances.

Become part of a professionally strong unit

We are looking for several colleagues who can ensure efficient case handling in a unit where we work with complex cases. You will experience that tasks are rarely uniform in structure or composition, and therefore require patience and an analytical approach. You will, among other things, have the opportunity to work with complicated rules and processes for statutes of limitations, where correctness and care in task solving are central.

In addition, part of your work will be to contribute to our internal sparring environment. We bring different knowledge and competencies, and it is therefore essential that we all contribute to the professional dialogue so we can make each other wiser for the benefit of the task.

Your primary work tasks will be

• In-depth and complex case handling, which may involve contact with external partners
• Professional and accurate assessment of specific cases regarding citizens’ debt

There are many ways into the job

For example, you can be educated in public administration, finance, internally trained in the Tax Administration, or you can be educated as an office assistant. You can also come with a completely different education and through your previous work experience have developed good prerequisites for working with the described tasks.

• You have both the desire and the ability to learn, and can translate new and complex knowledge into practice
• You are curious and thorough down to the detail
• You can oversee intricate sets of rules and have the patience to handle complex cases
• You have strong numerical understanding and are motivated by analytical work and quality assurance
• You can quickly get to grips with various IT systems

It is an advantage if

• You have knowledge of procedural rules, the Administration Act and the Public Records Act as well as can read and understand legal guidance
• You are familiar with the Office package and work safely and efficiently in Excel
• You can communicate clearly and effectively
• You thrive in collaboration and knowledge sharing

We prepare you for the task

As a new employee you will experience that the learning curve is steep. But we ensure to equip you well to solve your tasks. You will thus undergo an onboarding program, where you will be introduced to the Debt Authority and receive thorough training in the applicable legislation. In addition, you will be assigned a buddy who will ensure that you settle well into case handling as well as the unit.
