Landscaper for paving and planting in Næstved

We are looking for a landscape gardener for paving and planting in Næstved.

You will become part of a landscaping crew of about 15 employees, where outdoor spaces are the daily craft. The work is mainly with commercial, public places, churches and housing associations, so the sites require agreements that last. The tasks range from new construction and renovation to maintenance, and there are both green and gray tasks on the program.

Here there is a need for someone who can roll up their sleeves and work properly. You get a company car and fixed boundaries, but also a daily routine where you have to think along on the site. There are apprentices around the trade, so you must be able to work neatly and explain things without drama.

What you get Salary: 190-210 DKK per hour

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short assignments.

Everyday: Paving, planting and outdoor areas

Your everyday

On the site, the day is about making the sequence fit, so paving, planting and maintenance work together. Some days the emphasis is on the gray work with paving and renovation, other days it is plant work and green care. You work according to the agreements that have been set, and you say if something doesn’t add up.

You will among other things be working with

• Lays paving on outdoor areas
• Plants and establishes green areas
• Renovates outdoor areas on larger spaces
• Maintains green areas after construction
• Assists with pruning and lawn mowing

Customers expect agreements that last, so you report in good time if something changes. It fits well for you who would rather do things properly than quickly and half-heartedly.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a landscape gardener
• Have a driving license
• Have experience with paving or planting
• Are stable and meet as agreed
• Say if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have tried both green and gray landscaping tasks before. But the most important is that you take responsibility for your work and can move around properly on a site.
