Responsible warehouse worker with strong IT skills sought for goods reception at Stena Recycling

For a quick start, JKS is seeking a stable and committed employee for an exciting position with a view to permanent employment. You will become part of a company that is a leader in recycling and resource management, where safety, quality, and cooperation are central.

Responsibilities

The position is anchored in receiving, where forklift operation and handling of goods and materials constitute a significant part of the workday.

Your primary tasks will be

• Receiving and registering incoming goods
• Extensive forklift operation in connection with daily operations
• Handling, moving and placing materials
• Registration and follow-up in Excel and internal systems
• Working in external customer systems
• Contributing to the daily handling of the department's IT-related tasks
• In time, take an active role regarding the department's systems and be a sparring partner for colleagues as needed

Professional competencies

We expect that you

• Have experience from warehousing, logistics or goods receiving
• Have a valid forklift certificate and thrive with daily forklift operation
• Have a category B driving license
• Are strong in IT and learn new systems easily
• Have experience with Excel and generally good system understanding
• Are interested in eventually taking the lead on the use of internal and external systems
• Enjoy helping colleagues and sharing knowledge about systems and workflows
• Can maintain an overview and work in a structured way in a busy day

Employment terms

This is a temporary position with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate.

The first 12 weeks you are employed through JKS on collective agreement terms.

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:30
• Friday: 06:00–12:15
