As a Customer Advisor you will become a central part of the Service Department, where we lead in servicing AP Pension's customers with FlexPension. We give customers flexibility, security and simplicity – and you can help take our customer experience to the next level.

The department supports AP Pension's strategy Customer-centric and plays a key role in the transformation towards 2030, where we rethink and optimize customer journeys, service and communication. We combine the objectives of being Superior, Customer-centric and Efficient with a motivated and innovative approach – always with the customer at the center.

About the job

As a Customer Advisor you will become an important part of the team, where you have the primary responsibility to speak with our customers who contact us. Our objective is that you in the role can either resolve the customer's case yourself or in collaboration with your strong professional colleagues.

You will be responsible for

• Handle incoming phone calls from customers and partners
• Answer customer inquiries by email
• Ensure a good and professional welcome to new customers
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and strong customer experiences
• Work focused on KPIs and deadlines
• Contribute to optimizing processes and the customer experience

Your profile

You are driven by customer contact and quality. You thrive in a team with common goals and are focused on being curious to learn new for the customer's best. We imagine that you:
