Appointment Setters Wanted at CMD Facility Services – be part of building our sales department

Do you have drive, thrive on the phone, and want to be rewarded for the results you create? We are looking for meeting bookers who want to take responsibility and be among the first in a sales department that is growing rapidly.

At CMD Facility Services we provide commercial cleaning with a focus on quality, availability and reliable operation. Your task will be to contact companies and book qualified meetings that our salespeople take out.

You pick up the phone – we take care of the framework

You will have your workplace at Hauser Plads 10 in Copenhagen . We provide leads, work equipment, lunch and Red Bulls. You bring the energy, the work effort and the willingness to improve.

From canvassing to warmer leads

You start with cold canvass calls to companies. When you have completed your first 500 canvass conversations , you transition to warmer leads. The initial conversations give you experience with our target audience, services and the questions and objections you encounter on the phone.

Our previous meeting booker booked around three qualified meetings per day. This shows what has previously been achieved in the role, and gives you a concrete level to work towards.

We are looking for you who

• Have drive and desire to work purposefully with sales.
• Can create a good conversation and arouse interest with companies.
• Follows up and keeps up the enthusiasm, even when you get a no.
• Will contribute to the team and help build the department.

Experience with sales or meeting booking is an advantage, but your attitude and work effort weigh heavily.

Salary and working hours

On full-time you get 1,000 kr. per qualified, conducted meeting with a guaranteed salary of 15,000 kr. per month before tax .

The guaranteed salary is your minimum wage and is offset against the commission. You thus get the highest amount of the guaranteed salary and your earned commission:

• 15,000 kr. for up to 15 meetings per month.
• 20,000 kr. at 20 meetings.
• 30,000 kr. at 30 meetings.

There is no cap on the commission . We set clear qualification criteria so you know exactly which meetings trigger payment. You get paid for a qualified, conducted meeting, regardless of whether it subsequently leads to a customer agreement.

We are seeking both full-time and part-time employees . For part-time, the guaranteed salary is adjusted to the agreed number of hours, while the commission remains 1,000 kr. per qualified, conducted meeting. We prioritize candidates who can put in many hours and work steadily.
