Architect Intern

Internship: Architect – start February 2027

Do you want to help create architecture with impact?

In a world that calls for positive change, architecture is more than a frame around our lives – it is an opportunity to change it for the better. At AART we believe that architecture is a crucial driver for creating positive changes in society. Therefore we go to work every day with one shared ambition: To create architecture that makes a real difference for people, organizations, society and nature.

If you share our vision, an internship at AART can give you the opportunity to put it into practice.

At AART you will become part of an exciting everyday life at our new office on the 18th floor in Akson. Here you get the opportunity to test yourself on high-profile projects across the Nordic region and gain practical experience with a wide range of tasks.

As an intern you will be part of a team where you get the chance to work with concept development, sketching, 3D modeling and model building. If you are interested in design development, we can also arrange an internship with this as the primary learning focus.

In all teams there are experienced architects who provide you with ongoing constructive feedback on your work. In addition you will be assigned a fixed mentor who supports both your professional and personal development during the internship. Along the way you will also participate in meetings with partners, internal continuing education activities and social events that give you further experience with the field in an academically inspiring and developmental environment.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis, so the sooner you upload your application, the greater your chances of being considered. We are positive about supporting your internship with a ’erkendtlighed’ if you receive SU. Please note that we only accept students for internships – unfortunately not architects who already have completed a master's degree. Also note that the internship must be credit-bearing for the education.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis, so the sooner you upload your application, CV and portfolio, the greater your chances. We look forward to hearing from you.

At AART we take good care of you from day one and give you the best opportunities to strengthen your competencies, so you are equipped for your future career as an architect.

We look forward to welcoming you to our office in Aarhus!
