So you now have the opportunity to become part of the Nursing Service in Favrskov East in Hinnerup. We are looking for an engaged out-of-house visiting nurse for a 37-hour temporary position.

The position is 37 hours per week with shifts in both day and night shifts. There will primarily be more day shifts.

If you have special wishes regarding hours or duty roster, we are happy to have a dialogue about this. We have a wish plan so you can have great influence on your duty roster.

Weekend work is included with about three weekends spread over 12 weeks.

We work in fixed, cross-disciplinary teams where nurses, social and health care assistants and social and health care helpers meet every morning for professional sparring with the citizen at the center.

We provide nursing care both in our well-functioning nursing clinics and in the citizens' own homes. The tasks vary widely and include, among other things, acute illness trajectories, discharge from hospital, chronic diseases and loss of function. At the same time we have close collaboration with the municipality's acute team focusing on preventing hospitalizations and creating coherent pathways for the citizens.

As a nurse with us you will have a large professional responsibility, including referrals to nursing interventions. We offer
