Børnehuset Havrevænget seeks an infant-toddlers pedagogue

We are looking for a skilled and presenceful pedagogue who would like to become part of our nursery in the Havrehøjen department.

You may have many years of experience. You may be a recent graduate with lots of curiosity and drive. The most important for us is that you want the children, the community, and the pedagogical task.

• can create security, calm and presence – even when there are many small people around us
• sees each child and is curious about what the child tells us with its behavior
• wants to play, be on the floor and follow the children's initiatives
• works reflectively with their view on children and is focused on how pedagogical practice makes a difference in the children’s everyday life
• can articulate the pedagogical work and share their professional reflections with colleagues
• dares to voice their opinion while being open to others’ perspectives
• has an eye for both children, parents, and colleagues
• takes responsibility and can see what is needed in daily life
• actively contributes to professional sparring and development of the pedagogical practice
• wants to develop our practice together with us

About Børnehuset Havrevænget

Børnehuset Havrevænget is an integrated institution normed for 50 nursery children and 65 kindergarten children. We have three kindergarten groups and four nursery groups spread across two sites right next to each other. With 25 permanent staff, including house assistants and management, we are a strong team that collaborates closely.

We are part of a lovely local area and use both the school hall and the library as a natural part of our pedagogical daily life. The house is also an education house and regularly has student teachers. We are located close to Stenløse Station, making it easy to come and go.

Employment and application

The position is basically 37 hours.
