In Tungegården, nature is a natural part of our everyday life. Our large garden forms the frame around most of the children's play, learning and development, and here children have space to explore, create, climb, build, sense and immerse themselves. We also go into the forest when it makes sense for the group of children, but we don’t believe that children necessarily have to go far to have great experiences. Often they are right outside the door.

We are normed for 40 children and are characterized by an attentive environment where both children, parents and staff experience being meaningful participants in the community.

During our latest pedagogical inspection, we were rated as of very high quality. The inspection highlighted, among other things, our close relationships with the children, our inclusive practice and our ability to organize the day so that there are good opportunities for participation, well-being and community.

Here there is room for sparring, reflection and professional discussions, but also for laughter over the coffee table, a warm cup of coffee by the fire and colleagues who help each other when everyday life calls.
