🔹 About the position

We offer a permanent position from December 1st, 37 hours per week in day shifts with work every second weekend. If you would like only 32 hours, that is also a possibility.

🔹 We are looking for you who

• are a trained social and health care helper, preferably with several years of experience
• want to contribute to a good working environment
• are flexible and meet your colleagues with openness
• have a driver’s license (an advantage but not a requirement)
• have experience with Cura – or are willing to learn it

🔹 You will, among other things

• perform personal care and practical help
• actively contribute with your professional expertise in daily practice
• participate in triage meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• help ensure high quality in caregiving

🔹 Our professional approach

We work rehabilitatively with a focus on supporting citizens to be as self-reliant as possible.

We are divided into two teams and cover the western part of Frederikshavn town center and Ingeborgvej. Our team structure means that we get to know the citizens well – and each other even better. We prioritise continuity in task handling so that our citizens do not meet many different colleagues.

You will join a close cross-disciplinary collaboration with, among others, a physiotherapist, nurses and other key personnel.

We hold triage meetings twice a week, as well as daily morning and midday meetings where professionalism is in focus. In addition, we set aside time every other week for professional training on relevant topics.
