🔹 About the position

We offer a permanent position as of December 1, 2026 at 37 hours per week in day shift with work every 2nd weekend. If you only want 32 hours, that is also an option.

🔹 We are looking for you who

• are a trained social and health care assistant, preferably with several years of experience
• want to take more responsibility in your daily work
• would like to participate in projects or have a key role in the team
• want to contribute to a good working environment
• are flexible and meet colleagues with openness
• have a driving license (an advantage but not a requirement)
• have experience with Cura – or are willing to learn it

🔹 You will, among other things

• provide the many nursing services to our citizens
• provide personal care and practical assistance
• actively contribute with your professional expertise in daily practice
• participate in triage meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• help ensure high quality in the care

🔹 Our professional approach

We work rehabilitatively with a focus on helping citizens be as self-reliant as possible.

We are divided into two teams and cover the western part of Frederikshavn town center as well as Ingeborgvej. Our team structure means we get to know the citizens well – and each other even better. We prioritize continuity in task execution, so our citizens do not meet many different colleagues.

You will engage in close multidisciplinary collaboration with, among others, a physiotherapist, nurses and other key persons.

We hold triage meetings twice weekly, as well as daily morning and midday meetings, where professionalism is central. In addition, we set aside time every other week for professional training in relevant topics.
